5. Payment and Refunds
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are due at the time of purchase and on each renewal date
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- We use Stripe for secure payment processing
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments
- Monthly subscriptions renew every month, yearly subscriptions renew annually

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund by contacting us at milliloanscom@gmail.com.
Refund Eligibility Requirements:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date
- Refunds only apply to your first purchase or subscription with Milliloans
- Refund requests must be sent to milliloanscom@gmail.com with your account details
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
- Access to the course will be immediately revoked upon refund approval

After the 7-day guarantee period expires, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By continuing to use the Service after 7 days, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued for any reason after the 7-day period
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods
- Chargebacks are prohibited: You agree NOT to file a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider after the 7-day period
- Unauthorized chargebacks: Filing a chargeback after the 7-day guarantee period is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes after the 7-day period must be resolved directly with Milliloans LLC, not through your payment provider
- Subscription renewals: Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances
Refund Process
To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period:
- Email milliloanscom@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, email address associated with your account, and order/transaction ID
- Briefly state your reason for requesting a refund (optional but appreciated for our improvement)
- We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Your account access will be immediately terminated upon refund approval
Subscription Management
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or Stripe customer portal
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations - you will retain access until the end of your paid period
- Access to course content will continue until the end of your paid subscription period
- You can reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time before it expires
Chargeback Policy
Important: Chargeback Restrictions
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that filing an unauthorized chargeback (outside of the 7-day guarantee period or without first contacting us) is considered fraudulent activity and a material breach of this agreement.
- Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account termination
- We may pursue legal action and report fraudulent chargebacks to credit agencies and fraud prevention services
- You may be held liable for all costs associated with defending against fraudulent chargebacks, including legal fees
- You will be permanently banned from using Milliloans services
- Legitimate payment disputes should be resolved by contacting us directly at milliloanscom@gmail.com
No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
- After the 7-day money-back guarantee period has expired
- For subscription renewal charges (monthly or annual)
- If you have violated these Terms of Service
- If your account has been terminated for misconduct or policy violations
- For changes in personal circumstances or financial situations
- Due to trading losses or unsuccessful trading results (we make no guarantees of profitability)
- If you simply changed your mind after the 7-day period
- For partial use of the subscription period
- If you were unaware of the auto-renewal (you authorize recurring charges upon purchase)
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Milliloans LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal educational purposes.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Share your account credentials with others
